We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events and peak wedding season (April–October in the Austin area). Popular dates go fast — the sooner you reach out, the better your chances of locking in your first choice. Check your date →

Yes — a deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. Your date is not held until the deposit is received, so we encourage booking early. Full deposit and payment details will be included in your custom quote. Request a quote →

Every package includes delivery, professional setup at your venue, the full rental duration with an on-site attendant, and teardown after the event. There are no surprise fees for the items listed in your package — what you see is what you pay. Any add-ons are priced separately and quoted upfront.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the start of your rental period to ensure the booth is fully set up, tested, and looking great before your first guest arrives. Setup time does not count against your rental hours — you get every minute you paid for.
